Our Commitment to Quality: The MEE Assurance
At Manisha Engineering Works, quality is the cornerstone of everything we do, not just a procedure. We are an engineering fabrication specialist certified by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. With accuracy, reliability, and environmental consideration, we produce designs that our clients approve. Every component we produce is guaranteed to meet or surpass the standards established by the industry and the contract thanks to our Quality Assurance (QA) framework.
Our Aspiration to Create Great Things
- An ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that fabrication processes are consistent, documented, and improving over time.
- The ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System demonstrates our commitment to reducing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Design manufacturing supplied by the client: As engineering fabrication specialists, we strictly adhere to the Bill of Materials (BOM), tolerances, designs, and specifications provided by our clients.
- From inspecting the raw materials upon arrival to dispatching them, a comprehensive quality assurance procedure consists of: - Examining the materials and the supplier
- Size checks using callipers, gauges, and CMM
- Adhering to the Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
- Welder Performance Qualification Record (WPQR)
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye-penetrant
- Final Appearance and Functional Acceptance

How We Improve Things Through Our Quality Assurance Process
1
Assistance with APQP and Process Planning
We create a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) that corresponds with the engineering drawings provided by the client. Establishing inspection points, testing requirements, crucial measurements, and allowable tolerances are all included in this.
2
SPC and Controlled
Fabrication
To reduce defects and variability, fabrication processes are closely monitored and governed by strict protocols. One method for doing this is statistical process control, or SPC.
3
Well-structured
QA supervision
At critical stages, such as raw materials, in-process, welds, assemblies, and prior to shipping, our QA team inspects everything. All inspections are documented, and we review them to improve the situation.
4
Excellence in
Certified Welding
By strictly adhering to WPS/PQR and WPQR standards, we ensure that the welding is of excellent quality and repeatable. This is crucial for the structure's performance and strength.
5
Detailed and Structured
Monitoring and documentation
Thanks to material certificates, inspection reports, calibration logs, and non-conformity records, every manufactured part can be tracked back to its original manufacturer.
6
Final Publication and
Client Acceptance
Only after passing all QA inspections are parts released. To ensure that everything is clear and that the customer is satisfied, we provide our clients with all of the paperwork to review.
